Mobile app & digital wallet

Onboarding includes full white-label theming of the app and digital pass — your logo, colours, splash screen, copy. We publish it under your name on the App Store and Google Play. Your customers download your app; they never see ours.
Don't have the app, or don't want it? You're still in. Customers can keep their loyalty card as an Apple or Google Wallet pass, or get an emailed barcode they show at the till. Coupons arrive by email. Points and rewards still work at the point of sale.

Yes. One retail group can run several brands as separate business units under one loyalty layer. Each business unit keeps its own catalog, promotions, and branding; Customers can use one loyalty identity (card) across every participating brand.
Customers get a digital loyalty pass for Apple or Google Wallet. They can also install your branded companion app — published under your name on the App Store and Google Play — for offers, points balance, digital receipts, and push notifications.
Yes. The Wallet pass works on its own. We can also email a barcode and coupons. At the till, points accrue and rewards redeem either way.
Loyalty Link is built natively against VME's IntelliStore POS. For other POS systems, our public REST API exposes everything — identity lookup, points award/spend, coupon redemption, tier checks, receipt ingestion. If your POS can call an API, it can run Loyalty Link.
Customer data stays in your tenant. We support GDPR-style erasure requests out of the box, audit every points adjustment, and never sell or share customer data with third parties.
