How long does implementation take?

Most retailers go live in 4–6 weeks. We handle the data import, you handle the launch comms. If you already run IntelliStore, implementation is usually closer to the faster end.

Do you support multiple brands or banners?

Yes. One retail group can run several brands as separate business units under one loyalty layer. Each business unit keeps its own catalog, promotions, and branding; Customers can use one loyalty identity (card) across every participating brand.

What's the mobile experience?

Customers get a digital loyalty pass for Apple or Google Wallet. They can also install your branded companion app — published under your name on the App Store and Google Play — for offers, points balance, digital receipts, and push notifications.

Can our customers participate without the app?

Yes. The Wallet pass works on its own. We can also email a barcode and coupons. At the till, points accrue and rewards redeem either way.

Which point-of-sale systems do you integrate with?

Loyalty Link is built natively against VME's IntelliStore POS. For other POS systems, our public REST API exposes everything — identity lookup, points award/spend, coupon redemption, tier checks, receipt ingestion. If your POS can call an API, it can run Loyalty Link.

How is customer data handled?

Customer data stays in your tenant. We support GDPR-style erasure requests out of the box, audit every points adjustment, and never sell or share customer data with third parties.
